2 Weeks in Review

Trevor has been out of town for the last two weeks and while he was gone he wanted me to send him a picture of the kids everyday. Here are the pictures that I sent to him while he was gone. They were taken with my phone and so they might be pretty blurry. We are glad that he is back and really sad that he has to go back to Boston for two more weeks! :(

J.J. sleeping on Friday afternoon. Amazingly this was at the same time! I had so many things I could have done, but I just sat there and enjoyed the silence, and waited for Trevor to get home. We are so glad he is home!

Playmates

J.J. really loves his little sister and wants her to grow up so she will play with him. He always says, "Mom, why won't she talk to me. I want her to talk to me." It is pretty cute. The other day he was trying to play with her and I came in and saw these glasses on her. I have a picture of him in the same glasses when he was about 18 months old. I hope my kids are good friends growing up.

Hangin' around

Summertime is always so busy for us. It seems like we are always going, going, going. We were able to just relax and hang out the other day in our backyard. It was a very nice evening not worrying about having to be anywhere. Here are a few pics for your enjoyment.

Happy Birthday Grandpa!

It was my Grandpa Johnson's 90th Birthday on July 4th! We were able to go up to Idaho Falls and hang out with the family and celebrate with my grandparents at a big birthday party for my grandpa. My grandpa is the cutest grandpa and always has a joke for every occasion. I hope I am able to be as healthy as he is when I am 90. Happy birthday Grandpa! We love you!

California

We just went to California a few weeks ago for a 4 day weekend with our friends Adam and Lucy. They have never been to California, since they just moved to the U.S. from England and so we decided to go. We took J.J. to disneyland and spent a few days on the beach. We had a great time! It is always fun to get away from the tedium of every day and relax. I think we all enjoyed it! Enjoy the few (ha ha) pictures that we have.
